This document calls for the administration to enter into a productive conversation with the faculty on critical issues of shared governance created by Pathways.  The document provides examples of lack of leadership, lack of collegiality, lack of effective communication, and lack of competence on the part of the administration. It also elaborates on indisputable problematic issues of process, data, and vision of the Pathways Plan.  It reads like a novel.
