Perspective
Hurricane Katrina blew into New Orleans on August 29, 2005. However, the devastation of the city and citizens was not caused by the hurricane. It was caused by the perplexing mixture of incompetence and arrogance displayed by humans -- from the Corps of Engineers to the politicians to the to scam artists to the administrators and Board of Loyola University. If New Orleans is to survive, these people must be held accountable for their actions.
